We don't rush the dough
The Calendar Hold
Because every order is made entirely from scratch around our kitchen schedule, we require a 2-week minimum notice to confirm availability, clear the calendar, and order any custom cutters or ingredients.
Mixing, Chilling, & Maturing
Once your date is locked in, we sketch custom designs, weigh high-quality ingredients, and begin the prep.
From precision-mixed cookie doughs to rich specialty pie fillings, we allow them time to rest and mature over several days to develop deep, complex flavors.
Every element always receives the time it needs to reach its peak.
Baking & Royal Icing Cure
From aging macaron shells to delicate layer-by-layer royal icing work, every detail is done by hand and with up to 24 hours of quiet cure time alone just to set perfectly.
The Fresh Hand-Off
Every bake is packaged with purpose, from heat-sealed custom cookies and delicate macaron boxes to carefully wrapped pies and sweet breads.
Everything is prepped for porch pickup or local delivery, perfectly protected, and ready for your table.
