- ⏳ Process: Fillings mature for 3 full days before baking
- 📆 Hand-off Window: Fixed upon booking confirmation. Time tweaks require 48 hours' notice and are subject to availability.
- 💵 All Holiday Stash Sales are Final. Unclaimed pies past the confirmed hand-off window are forfeited.
Adding Extra Treats to the Table?
- Lead Time: Minimum 2-week advance notice for additional treats
NOTE:
Custom Sugar Cookies need a 2-week and up to 1-month lead time
- Process: Aged shells, chilled doughs, handcrafted care

Honeysuckle Bakeri is a home bakery (cottage bakery).
Honeysuckle Bakeri items are produced and processed in a home kitchen that is not a licensed or regulated facility. Ingredients may include milk, eggs, wheat, soybean (soy), peanuts, and/or tree nuts. Fish, sesame seeds, and shellfish are prepared in the same kitchen.
It is your responsibility to inform your guests of this allergy information. Honeysuckle Bakeri will not be held liable for any allergic reaction resulting from the consumption of any products.
If you or someone you are offering the baked goods to has any food allergies, we strongly recommend that you do not consume our products.
Pricing and Quotes
Pricing is subject to change as it is often dictated by ingredient and supply costs. Honeysuckle Bakeri is committed to providing exceptional products that are handcrafted from scratch, utilizing quality ingredients.
Quotes in all forms—in the body of an email, PDF document, text, or instant message—are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated in the communication where the quote was provided.
Deposits & Payments
Every Holiday Stash pie is handcrafted to order. Full payment reserves your pie from the batch and locks in your hand-off date/time.
Additional treats need a 50% non-refundable deposit/retainer to secure your spot on our calendar and get the dough rolling!
The remaining balance is due at pickup (or by 6 p.m. the day before if you've arranged delivery).
We accept cash, credit, Venmo, and checks (checks must clear 3 days prior to hand-off).
The Fine Print:
Because custom ingredients are ordered and date spots are held just for you, deposits are non-refundable and dates can't be shifted.
